The total development price for this project was $245 million. The
soil management budget was $3 million, of which $159,000 was
attributed to compliance with O. Reg. 406/19, resulting in a 5.3 per
cent portion of the budget. So again, in this example, the cost of
compliance could be viewed as minimal.
