New CFO for Stantec
Youth Environmental Advocate Recognized
Stantec, a global leader in sustainable design and
engineering based in Edmonton, Alta., announced
that executive vice president Vito Culmone has also
assumed the role of chief 昀椀nancial o昀케cer (CFO).
Victor Xu, a 16-year-old environmental activist and
advocate for youth empowerment from North York,
Ont. has been awarded an Honorable Mention for
the prestigious Action for Nature (AFN) International
Young Eco-Hero Award.
“He is an accomplished 昀椀nancial leader with a strong
track record of creating value across multiple industries,” said Gord Johnston,
president and chief executive o昀케cer. “I am con昀椀dent that Vito will be instrumental in sustaining our robust 昀椀nancial position, driving the successful execution of
our Strategic Plan, and further elevating our world class 昀椀nancial team. His expertise and leadership are key assets that will contribute signi昀椀cantly to our continued growth and success.”

Culmone brings over 35 years of executive 昀椀nancial leadership experience and an
